Great news! We have received all the mats in our warehouse and are beginning to pack orders for final delivery, with the first orders shipping out in the next few days. Stay tuned to your email for your order's shipping details.
As a reminder, mats and blocks are ready to ship, but straps and kneepads will ship separately in a few weeks.

Hi all, we wanted to provide another update to let you know where things stand. Our cargo reached the US a few days before the New Year and cleared customs quickly. However, it has since been delayed in being released by the terminal operator due to several unusual errors made by the carrier with their paperwork.
We have been working around the clock with our logistics provider for the last 2 weeks to get this issue resolved. We cannot guarantee how quickly this will happen but the hope is that it will be sometime this week. As soon as the cargo reaches our warehouse, we will let you know and begin shipping the orders to you.

Hi all,
The shipment containing all of the mats has reached the US. They have successfully cleared customs, but we are currently at the mercy of a systems glitch that is preventing the terminal from releasing a portion of the shipment to us. We are working to resolve this issue ASAP and expect to begin shipping mats and blocks soon.
Straps and knee pads are expected to be shipped separately soon after. Sorry for the delay. As always, please let us know if you have any questions. You can shoot us a note to [email protected].

Almost Ready to Ship

Hi all,
We are awaiting confirmation of the shipping date for our completed mats to our warehouse here in Portland, OR, from which we will ship all our orders to US customers. We expect them to arrive sometime in the next few weeks, with orders beginning to arrive to backers between December and January.
We are working hard to expedite things as much as possible and will provide another update once shipping is underway.
You can also expect to receive an email soon confirming your order and shipping details to ensure everything is correct before we begin shipping.

Production Complete!

Hi all, we have great news - our production of all orders is complete! We expect the completed shipment to be loaded onto ocean freight in the next 2 weeks and expect orders to ship to all of you in early December.
So what comes next?
- We will provide another update once our shipment leaves the port and provide estimated shipping updates as we track shipping and unloading progress.
- In anticipation of early December arrival, we have marked December 1st as the date cards will be charged for shipping. (If you bought your mat through Kickstarter, you will only be charged for shipping, $10 for most US destination).
- If you have not provided credit card or shipping information yet, you should have received an email from BackerKit asking you to complete a survey to provide those details. Please complete when you have a chance to avoid any delays to your order being shipped!
We will also send an email confirming your order and shipping information before December 1st so you will have a chance to update any info that might have changed.
