Hi all, a HUGE thank you to all of you for supporting our campaign, which ended yesterday. We are incredibly honored for each of you to have taken the time and effort to be our earliest supporters on Solajai's journey, which is just beginning. We were able to fund at nearly 2x our goal thanks to all of you.
Payments: You should have seen that Kickstarter collected your payments. If there were any issues with your payment, you should have received a message to update your payment information. This will be critical in making sure we can get you your mat.
Next Steps: Next week we will follow up with you via our Pledge Manager, BackerKit. This platform helps us streamline finalizing your orders, confirm shipping details, collect shipping payments, and allows you to add any final items to your order. REMINDER: shipping is an additional charge and varies based on your country. Shipping to the US is a flat fee of $10, and then varies for other countries.

Hi Solajai backers, thank you so much for your support! With our campaign winding down in 10 days, the Solajai team is preparing to start our next phase.
We are planning trips to visit our vendors and are preparing our raw material orders so we can begin manufacturing. We are super excited to start making your orders so we can deliver them ASAP.
You can expect to hear from us soon after our campaign ends. We will be reaching out to confirm your order and shipping details, collect payments for shipping, and to ensure you receive any earned discounts (for Solajai Circle members who pledged to support us before our campaign launched).

Hi everyone, thank you so much for your support. It means a lot to us that you helped us reach our goal within our first 24 hours! We are so excited for you to meet your new Solajai mats, which we will begin making as soon as our campaign is officially over. But first, we have 27 more days to go!
If you have friends who need a new mat, make sure you remind them before Early Bird pricing ends this Wednesday, October 23rd.
