Production Continues

Hi all,
Another update as we continue with production:
Quilting on all the mats (both thick and thin versions) is complete. We are physically in our partner factory today assisting with the next steps in the process.
We will be able to confirm when our mats should be loaded onto the container ship soon and will keep you updated on the other milestones between now and then.
Also, there have been some questions about shipping addresses. If you have already provided your shipping address and payment info for shipping and need to update it, we will send a reminder through BackerKit (our pledge manager platform) to allow you to update that info in advance of shipping.
If you have not yet provided that info, you have an opportunity to do that still as well. Before we charge cards or ship, we will also send an update out in advance to confirm those dates.

Production Update

Hi all, thanks for your patience as we continue working on finishing production. We have completed quilting of the thin (4mm) mats and are beginning quilting on the thick (6mm) mats soon.
Because our quantities are low and we are using unique materials that require customized equipment setup, we must fit our work in around our partners' production schedules, which creates a bit of unpredictability.
However, once quilting is complete, cutting and finishing are more straightforward. We expect to have the mats ready to ship out by late October, but are working around the clock to try to deliver sooner than that if possible. We will keep you posted as we finish quilting and will keep you up to date on the latest ETA.
We do, however, have a few sample mats finished so we can give you a preview of the finished product. See below and stay tuned for more photo and video content of the new mats that you all helped make possible.

Production is Underway

Great news! Production has finally started on the new Solajai Yoga mats. Our mats were delayed for several weeks in queue for quilting to begin, but we officially started on Thursday. Quilting is the first step in the making process so we will continue to keep you updated as we hit the next few milestones. Things may change, but we expect mats to start shipping in September and will keep you updated on the latest estimate.
Note: Solajai will be subject to new tariffs of 25%. However, we will be absorbing 100% of this added cost. Thanks for your patience. Good things are coming soon!

Hi all, it's been a minute since our last update. Thanks for hanging with us. In the midst of a global trade reshuffle, we are continuing our commitment to sustainable materials and quality, while working towards our first retail-ready shipment. This means it takes a while to get all our materials together in one place, but we're almost there. We are expecting the last bit of raw material to be ready soon, enabling us to start making soon. We will share another update once we're underway, including an updated shipping date, still slated for later this summer.

Project Update

Hi everyone, we wanted to give a quick update to let you know that the final pieces of raw material are on their way to our factory. We still expect mats to arrive to you in July, so no change from the last update.
We'll keep you updated as we complete the steps of making, shipping, and getting them ready to send to you.
